The Society's aim is to include information here about bonsai events and activities.
These will include events organised by The National Bonsai Society, events in which the Society is participating and other events of interest to bonsai growers/artists.

The National Bonsai Society Annual Show

This year we have made significant changes to our annual show. Instead of being held on a club night over two hours we are holding the show at Holmeswood Koi website: http://holmeswoodkoi.co.uk over the May bank Holiday weekend 29th, 30th and 31st

There will also be demonstrations and advice available to any one interested and a special offer available for any one who would like to join the society

SOUTHPORT FLOWER SHOW

Internationally renowned and the largest independent flower show in the country attracting up to 80,000 visitors each year, this outstanding horticultural occasion takes place in 34 acres of Victoria Park, offering something for everyone including amateur and professional gardeners. The Southport Flower Show combines a seaside atmosphere with a celebration of all that is best from the gardening world.

Another event in The National Bonsai Society has been and gone, with another successful outing for the club. An improvement on last years results we achieved a Gold Medal in the grand Floral Marquee and a large Gold Medal in the Societies Marquee. Thank you to all our members for all your commitment and hard work, with special thanks to the show manager Chris Ryding for bringing it all together.
